About Us: Mila & Me is an Austin-based women-owned custom merchandise and experiential branding company specializing in custom apparel, hats, mobile Hat Bar experiences, branded gifting, corporate merchandise, pop-up activations, and community collaborations.

Who We’re Looking For: We're seeking organized, creative, and self-motivated interns to assist with marketing, event planning, and brand strategy. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across event logistics, influencer partnerships, social media content creation, and creative brand development.

What You’ll Do:

Interns gain hands-on experience building a growing brand. Each intern specializes in a primary track while collaborating across projects, owning meaningful work instead of simply observing.

  • Creative Design and Branding
    • Graphics, mockups, branding assets, website visuals. 
  • Social Media & Content
    • Content calendars, Reels, photography, editing, analytics.
  • PR, Brand Partnerships, & Events
    • Influencer outreach, collaborations, sponsorships, community events.
  • Operations & E-Commerce
    • Shopify, inventory, systems, Google Sheets, customer experience, event logistics.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to build and grow a brand
  • Insider knowledge of influencer partnerships, grassroots marketing, and creative campaigns
  • Real-world experience in a fast-paced environment
  • The behind-the-scenes of running a small business—from operations to design to strategy

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
  • Experience with Google Sheets & Google Workspace, Canva, communication, and Shopify preferred

Paid Opportunities: 

Interns who demonstrate initiative and confidently own projects may be offered paid projects as part of our growing team.
