How can I customize an order?
- Purchase a Custom Color Ways Kit and email me your color way.
What info should I include for my customized order?
- Your preferred color options or color scheme, size, quantity, and item/s.
Do you customize items other than sweatshirts, socks and baby onesies?
- Not at the moment, we welcome any suggestions for future products.
Do you do custom embroidery?
- Not at this moment, we are hoping to do that eventually. Follow our @shopmilaandme Instagram page to stay up to date.
When can I expect my order?
- We are in this together for the long haul! Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for us to personally order, dye and ship your product. Please note, we are doing everything we can to keep everyone safe. Thank you!
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we do! Shipping rates may vary.
What happens if I want to return or exchange my item?
- 15 day exchange policy, no refunds. FOR EXCHANGES: There is a $12 restocking fee. Please allow 2 weeks for your next order and return your previous item with the label that will be sent to you with your new item.
- Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. If you are returning a BINGE OR QUARANTEENIE SET please return with their matching socks.
